PowerPhotonic, designer and manufacturer of precision, wafer-scale optics, has received its largest ever dermatology order for laser-tattoo removal, Lens Array Homogenisers. The order has come from an Asian company which produces a wide range of laser-treatment products for medical, cosmetic and beauty applications.

Dermatology is a target market for PowerPhotonic, alongside industrial, defence, and laser projection cinemas. The order is the latest success for this rapidly expanding company, which has established distribution channels worldwide and has opened a new US manufacturing base with increased production capacity.
